This article examines the thematic-conceptual organization, semantic transformation, and structural-grammatical adaptation of English lexical units within contemporary Uzbek digital discourse. Based on the research material, the thematic domains of these loanwords are systematized, semantic and conceptual shifts are identified, and criteria for morphological and word-formation integration are outlined. Specific units–such as “post”, “startup”, “target”, “blogger’, and “hashtag”—as well as forms like “postlar” (posts), “likelar” (likes), and “kommentlar” (comments), are analyzed. The description is based on qualitative analysis; no quantitative conclusions regarding the frequency or distribution of these units are presented.
