ADSORTION AND DESORTION OF ICE LAYER ON THE Au (111) SURFACE
Maqolada Au (111) sirtida suvning adsorbsiyasi va ikki o‘lchamli muz tuzilmalarining hosil bo‘lish xususiyatlari va ularning desobtsiyasi ko‘rib chiqilgan. Muz qatlamining o‘sish mexanizmlari, vodorod bog‘lanishlarining roli hamda oltin sirtining kristallografik xususiyatlarining suv molekulalarining fazoviy tashkil topishiga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Asosiy e’tibor skanerlovchi tunnel mikroskopiyasi usu-llari yordamida olingan eksperimental ma’lumotlarga, shuningdek, muz fazalarining barqarorligining ha-roratga bog‘liqligiga qaratiladi. Au (111) sirti suvning o‘z-o‘zini tashkil etish jarayonlari va ikki o‘lchamli molekular qatlamlardagi fazaviy o‘tishlarni o‘rganish uchun qulay model tizim ekanligi ko‘rsatildi. Shu bilan birga, Au (111) sirti qoplangan muz qatlamlarining desorbsiya o‘rganildi. Desorbsiyalaangan zarra-chalarning mass-spektrlari olindi va tahlil qilindi.
This article examines the features of water adsorption and the formation of two-dimensional ice structures on the Au (111) surface and their desorption. The mechanisms of ice layer growth, the role of hydrogen bonding, and the influence of the crystallographic properties of the gold surface on the spatial organization of water molecules are analyzed. Special attention is given to experimental data obtained using scanning tunneling microscopy, as well as to the temperature dependence of the stability of ice phases. It is shown that the Au (111) surface represents a convenient model system for studying water self-organization processes and phase transitions in two-dimensional molecular layers. The desorption of ice films covering the Au (111) surface was also studied. Mass spectra of the desorbed particles were obtained and analyzed.
