CIGS YUPQA QATLAMLI QUYOSH ELEMENTLARI: SO‘NGGI YUTUQLAR, MUAMMOLAR VA KELAJAK ISTIQBOLLARI
Ushbu maqolada Copper Indium Gallium Selenide (CIGS) asosidagi yupqa qatlamli quyosh elementlarining so‘nggi yutuqlari, texnologik cheklovlari va kelajak istiqbollari tahlil qilinadi. CIGS yuqori optik yutish koeffitsiyenti (>10⁵ cm⁻¹) va 1,0–1,7 eV band bo‘shlig‘i bilan ajralib turadi. Labo-ratoriya samaradorligi 23–24%, Shockley–Queisser limiti esa 33–40%ni tashkil qiladi. Yupqa qatlamlarni tayyorlash usullari: ko-evaporatsiya, sputtering va elektrodepozitsiya tahlil qilingan. Natijalar CIGS tex-nologiyasining moslashuvchan quyosh panellari va integratsiyalashgan fotovoltaik tizimlarda istiqbolini ko‘rsatadi.
This paper reviews recent advances, technological limitations, and future prospects of thin-film solar cells based on Copper Indium Gallium Selenide (CIGS). CIGS exhibits a high optical abso-rption (>10⁵ cm⁻¹) and a band gap of 1.0–1.7 eV. Laboratory efficiencies reach 23–24%, while the Shockley–Queisser theoretical limit is 33–40%. Key thin-film deposition methods: co-evaporation, sput-tering, and electrodeposition: are analyzed. Results highlight the potential of CIGS technology for flexible solar modules and building-integrated photovoltaic systems.
