GRAFEN ISHLAB CHIQARISH JARAYONIDA HARORAT MAYDONI VA ISSIQLIK TARQATILISHINING TAHLILI
Ushbu tadqiqotda millisekundlik impulsli lazer nurlanishi ostida poliimid substratida grafen hosil bo‘lishi paytida harorat maydoni va issiqlik uzatilishi raqamli modellashtirish yordamida o‘r-ganildi. Vaqtga bog‘liq issiqlik uzatish tenglamasi Gauss issiqlik manbai bilan yechildi. Natijalar lazer parametrlari va skanerlash tezligi issiqlik to‘planishiga va grafen sintezi uchun kritik harorat zonasining shakllanishiga sezilarli ta’sir ko‘rsatishini ko‘rsatadi. Olingan natijalar lazer bilan induksiyalangan gra-fen ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini optimallashtirish uchun ilmiy asos yaratadi.
In this study, the temperature field and heat transfer during graphene formation on a polyimide substrate under millisecond pulsed laser irradiation were studied using numerical modeling. The time-dependent heat transfer equation was solved with a Gaussian heat source. The results show that the laser parameters and scanning speed have a significant effect on heat accumulation and the formation of a critical temperature zone for graphene synthesis. The obtained results provide a scientific basis for optimizing laser-induced graphene production processes.
