IKKI QATLAMLI QOVUSHQOQ-ELASTIK PLASTINKALARNING DINAMIK ZARBA YUKLAMALARIGA JAVOBI: ENERGIYA DISSIPATSIYASINI OPTIMALLASHTIRISH
Ushbu tadqiqot aluminiy va qovushqoq-elastik polimerdan iborat sendvich panellar-ning dinamik yuklanish sharoitidagi tebranishlarni so‘ndirish xususiyatlarini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Ishning maqsadi qatlamlar qalinligi nisbatining konstruktsiyaning dinamik javobiga ta’sirini tahlil qilish-dir. Abaqus/Explicit dasturiy muhitida olib borilgan raqamli modellashtirish natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, alyuminiy qatlamining qalinligi 2.0 mm.dan 8.0 mm gacha oshirilganda, maksimal Mises kuchlanishi 583.21 MPa dan 348.79 MPa gacha pasaygan. Biroq, polimer qatlamining qisqarishi Qovushqoq-elastik energiya dissipatsiyasini 199.06 J dan 34.87 J gacha sezilarli darajada kamaytirdi. Tadqiqot natijalari mustahkamlik va tebranishlarni so‘ndirish samaradorligi o‘rtasidagi muvozanatni optimallashtirish bo‘-yicha amaliy tavsiyalar beradi.

This research focuses on the passive vibration damping characteristics of sandwich panels composed of aluminum and viscoelastic polymer layers under dynamic loading. The primary objective is to analyze the influence of layer thickness ratios on the structural dynamic response. Numerical simulations performed using the Abaqus/Explicit environment reveal that increasing the aluminum layer thickness from 2.0 mm to 8.0 mm resulted in a reduction of maximum Mises stress from 583.21 MPa to 348.79 MPa. Conversely, reducing the viscoelastic layer thickness led to a significant decrease in viscous energy dissipation from 199.06 J to 34.87 J. The findings provide practical guidelines for optimizing the trade-off between structural rigidity and vibration mitigation efficiency.
