O'ZBEKCHA

Ushbu maqolada raqamli jamiyat sharoitida intellektual migratsiyani belgilovchi omil-lar faqat iqtisodiy faktorlar bilan izohlanmasdan, bilim, axborot, raqamli infratuzilma, institutsional ishonch, erkinlik, identiklik va ijtimoiy mas’uliyatning o‘zaro bog‘liqligi asosida ijtimoiy-falsafiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi.

ENGLISH

In this article, the factors determining intellectual migration in the conditions of a digital society are explained not only by economic factors, but are also analyzed from a socio-philosophical perspective based on the interconnectedness of knowledge, information, digital infrastructure, institutional trust, freedom, identity, and social responsibility. As a result of the analysis, it is substantiated that the economic, institutional-political, scientific, infrastructural, and axiological determinants of intellectual migration manifest themselves in interconnection with each other, and human capital emerges as a transnational capital inherent to the digital network rather than a territorially bound resource.

Keywords: digital society, intellectual migration, human capital, intellectual capital, digital nomadism, social determinants, transnational intellectual movement.
