TARJIMADA MAKON VA ZAMON KATEGORIYASIGA OID LEKSIK SATHNING SAQLANISHI
Ushbu maqola tarjima jarayonida makon va zamon kategoriyasiga oid leksik birlik-larning saqlanishi muammosini qiyosiy-tipologik jihatdan tahlil etadi. Grammatik zamon va aspekt tarji-masiga bagʻishlangan tadqiqotlar adabiyotda keng yoritilgan boʻlib, leksik sath esa mustaqil tarjimaviy muammo sifatida yetarlicha oʻrganilmagan. Maqolada spatiotemporal leksik birliklar – temporal ravish-lar, makoniy koʻmakchilik konstruksiyalari va madaniy jihatdan oʻziga xos deiktik iboralar – tipologik ji-hatdan uzoq turgan tillar oʻrtasida toʻliq ekvivalentlikni taʻminlashga qiyin boʻlgan semantik va madaniy jihatdan zich leksik qatlamni tashkil etishi asoslanadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni koʻrsatadiki, spatiotem-poral leksikaning toʻliq saqlanishi nafaqat lingvistik, balki madaniy kompetensiyani ham talab etuvchi mu-rakkab jarayondir.
Данная статья посвящена сравнительно-типологическому анализу проблемы сохранения лексических единиц, выражающих категории пространства и времени, в процессе пере-вода с узбекского на английский язык и наоборот. Доказывается, что полное сохранение спациоте-мпоральной лексики требует не только лингвистической, но и культурной компетенции перевод-чика.
This article presents a comparative-typological analysis of the preservation of lexical units expressing space and time categories in translation between Uzbek and English. While grammatical tense and aspect in translation have received considerable scholarly attention, the lexical stratum remains underexplored as an independent site of translational difficulty. Drawing on equivalence theory, the concept of translational shifts, and conceptual metaphor theory, the paper examines lexical mismatches arising from typological asymmetry, cultural conceptualization, and genre-conditioned translation strategies. The results demonstrate that full preservation of spatiotemporal lexis requires not only linguistic but also cultural competence.
