KOMPETENSIYALARNI RIVOJLANTIRISH METODOLOGIYASI TAHLILI

Ushbu maqolada talabalarning kompetensiyalarini rivojlantirishga doir metodologik yondashuvlar, ularni amalga oshirish mexanizmlari hamda shu yo‘nalishda olib borilgan ilmiy tadqiqot ishlarining mazmuni va natijalari tahlil qilinadi. Kompetensiyaviy yondashuvning nazariy asoslari, ta’lim jarayonida qo‘llanilayotgan metod va texnologiyalarning samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari, shuningdek, tala-balarning bilim, ko‘nikma va malakalarini rivojlantirishda integrativ, innovatsion va interaktiv metodolo-giyalarning o‘rni o‘rganiladi. Maqolada kompetensiyalarni shakllantirish jarayonida uchraydigan dolzarb muammolar hamda ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha takliflar, turli mualliflar tomonidan ilgari surilgan ilmiy g‘oyalar qiyosiy tahlil asosida yoritiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari ta’lim jarayonini modernizatsiya qilish, tala-balarning kasbiy va umumta’lim kompetensiyalarini takomillashtirish uchun metodologik asos yaratishga xizmat qiladi.

В данной статье анализируются методологические подходы к развитию компе-тенций студентов, механизмы их реализации, а также содержание и результаты научно-иссле-довательской работы, проводимой в этом направлении. Изучаются теоретические основы компе-тентностного подхода, показатели эффективности методов и технологий, используемых в об-разовательном процессе, а также роль интегративных, инновационных и интерактивных методик в развитии знаний, умений и компетенций студентов. В статье рассматриваются актуальные проблемы, возникающие при формировании компетенций, и предложения по их устранению, со сравнительным анализом научных идей, выдвинутых различными авторами. Результаты исследо-вания служат созданию методологической основы для модернизации образовательного процесса, повышения профессиональных и общеобразовательных компетенций студентов.

ENGLISH

This article analyzes the methodological approaches to the development of students’ competencies, the mechanisms for their implementation and the content and results of research work carried out in this direction. The theoretical foundations of the competency approach, the effectiveness indicators of the methods and technologies used in the educational process, as well as the role of integrative, innovative and interactive methodologies in the development of knowledge, skills and competencies of students are studied. The article covers the current problems encountered in the formation of competencies and proposals for their elimination, with a comparative analysis of scientific ideas put forward by various authors. The results of the study serve to create a methodological basis for modernizing the educational process, improving the professional and general educational competencies of students.
