ni ko‘rsatdiki, qalinligi 2 μm bo‘lgan Back Surface Field (BSF) qatlamini qo‘llash quyosh elementining samaradorligini 0,56%ga oshiradi. Shuningdek, 0,5 μm qalinlikdagi n-Si qatlam o‘rniga 0,001 μm qalin-likdagi ZnO qatlamini joriy etish umumiy samaradorlikni 1,51%ga oshirish imkonini berishi aniqlandi. Bundan tashqari, p-Si qatlam qalinligini 300 μm. dan 120 μm.gacha kamaytirish qurilma samaradorligiga ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi o‘rganildi. Olingan natijalar asosida turli tuzilmalarning samaradorligi o‘zaro taq-qoslanib, yuqori samaradorlikni ta’minlovchi optimal qurilma konfiguratsiyasi aniqlangan.
In this paper, the electrophysical properties of silicon-based solar cells with p-Si/n-Si, p⁺-Si BSF/p-Si/n-Si, and p⁺-Si BSF/p-Si/ZnO structures were theoretically investigated. During the study, the variation of the main photoelectric parameters for different layer configurations was analyzed. The results show that the introduction of a Back-Surface Field (BSF) layer with a thickness of 2 μm increases the efficiency of the solar cell by 0.56%. It was also found that replacing the 0.5 μm n-Pi layer with a 0.001 μm ZnO layer can increase the overall efficiency by 1.51%. In addition, the effect of reducing the p-Si layer thickness from 300 μm to 120 μm on the device performance was investigated, which showed a positive impact on the efficiency. Based on the obtained results, the efficiencies of different structures were compared, and the optimal device configuration providing higher efficiency was determined.
