KRIMINAL BADIIY DISKURSDA “JINOYAT” VA “ADOLAT” KONSEPTOSFERALARINING LINGVOPRAGMATIK TALQINI
Mazkur maqolada kriminal badiiy diskursda “jinoyat” va “adolat” konseptosferalari-ning lingvopragmatik talqini o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqotning dolzarbligi badiiy matnda ijtimoiy-huquqiy tushun-chalarning til orqali ifodalanishini aniqlash zarurati bilan belgilanadi. Tadqiqotda diskurs va kontekstual tahlil usullari asosida Tohir Malik hamda Agata Kristi asarlarida jinoyat va adolatni ifodalovchi birliklar tahlil qilindi. Natijada jinoyat konfliktni yuzaga keltiruvchi, adolat esa uni yakunlovchi konsept sifatida na-moyon bo‘lishi aniqlanib, tadqiqot kriminal badiiy diskursni lingvopragmatik jihatdan o‘rganishga xizmat qiladi.
В данной статье рассматривается лингвопрагматическая интерпретация кон-цептосфер «преступление» и «справедливость» в криминальном художественном дискурсе. Ак-туальность исследования определяется необходимостью выявления языкового выражения соци-ально-правовых понятий в художественном тексте. На основе дискурсивного и контекстуального анализа проанализированы языковые единицы, выражающие преступление и справедливость, в произведениях Тахира Малика и Агаты Кристи. В результате установлено, что преступление выс-тупает как концепт, порождающий конфликт, тогда как справедливость является концептом, завершающим его, что способствует лингвопрагматическому изучению криминального художест-венного дискурса.
This article examines the linguo-pragmatic interpretation of the conceptospheres of “crime” and “justice” in criminal fiction discourse. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to identify the linguistic representation of socio-legal concepts in literary texts. Based on discourse and contextual analysis methods, the study analyzes the linguistic units expressing crime and justice in the works of Tohir Malik and Agatha Christie. The results show that crime functions as a concept generating conflict, while justice appears as a concept that resolves it, and the research contributes to the linguo-pragmatic study of criminal fiction discourse.
